Donating to the Scholarship Fund

Scholarships are provided for members that cannot afford the conference registration fees.  These may be people from Detox, treatment centers or indigent members.  Last year over 30 scholarships were underwritten by members from all over the South.  If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund, just fill in the registration form, mark the form for "Scholarship Fund" and mail along with a check to the Post Office box listed.  The suggested donation for scholarships is $30, the price of registration.  "Whenever anyone reaches out for the hand of AA, we must always be there."  If you will not be attending the conference, but would like to donate to the Scholarship Fund, please mail your donation to:

Applying for a Scholarship

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship (for yourself or someone else), please contact our scholarship committee to see if scholarship funds are available to cover the cost.  Please note, scholarships can only cover the conference registration fee.  Lodging and other costs are not covered through the scholarship program.
